Dodging a Bullet
Oft times, ‘dodging a bullet’ is more painful than having had the actual experience. It is a circumstance for which the palpable pain we feel has no foundation and no closure, two essential components to the cycle of life – a beginning and an end. And, the result of this almost experience is that we are rendered and bound, for an indeterminate amount of time, to an emotional purgatory of our own design.

Settling
‘Settling’ is for sediment only…tea leaves and coffee grinds, but never people. People should never settle or accept sinking to the bottom of anything due to being a lesser substance in relation to another.

Attitudes
It’s always, and in all ways, about the attitude. Bad ones have a life of their own and tend to spin out of control if left unchecked. I imagine it to look like a funnel cloud of negativity that wreaks havoc in our lives and leaves a path of destruction in its wake.
