Dodging a Bullet

Oft times, ‘dodging a bullet’ is more painful than having had the actual experience.  It is a circumstance for which the palpable pain we feel has no foundation and no closure, two essential components to the cycle of life –  a beginning and an end.  And, the result of this almost experience is that we  are rendered and  bound, for an indeterminate amount of time, to an emotional purgatory  of our own design.10391769_1216074216154_3288029_n
